MARTY ELLIOTT
STRATEGIC PARTNER
Marty Elliott has 30+ years of sports and entertainment venue management experience. During her career, she has managed arenas, stadiums, sports parks, and historic theaters for universities and private sector clients. She has booked or co-promoted well over 600 concerts.
Elliott is credited with turning single-purpose facilities into multi-purpose venues, drawing top-tier performers into tertiary markets, establishing new professional sports and artistic tenants, and driving community economic impact. She has managed event budgets of more than $8 million annually and has had oversight of up to 500 events each year. She has served as the Universities Sector Director on the IAVM Board and has been a speaker at major industry conferences.
Elliott has an entrepreneurial spirit and has been the owner of full-service restaurants, a cost-reduction franchise, and an investor in various community projects.
KATHERINE GARCIA
MANAGING PARTNER
As a purveyor of live music, nothing drives Katherine more than the fan experience. At Ready Room Collective, working for events who possess a clear mission for their activations are her dream collaborators — or she loves to help them to sharpen their focus.
With her ten years of industry experience, she has served in almost every capacity, from box office to assistant general manager of a live entertainment venue. Now she takes her venue operations expertise to leverage software quality-of-life improvements with her current venue clients. She brings both the brains and the brawn to the Ready Room Collective team. Katherine earned her certified venue professional designation in 2022, she is a recipient of the International Association of Venue Managers’ 30|Under|30 Award, and has served as a panelist at Etix Live.
In her free time, you can catch her at a show of any genre — be it pop, electronic, or something you’ve never heard before. Entertainment is her career and her passion and she would love to bring her joie de vivre to your events.
